I finally went through with it, after wanting it for nearly 7 years I finally got my bridge pierced

as many of u are aware I am moving with work to a new office at the skypark complex in glasgow; as part of that O2 have given us all medical questionaires to complete, following are the answers and details on mine, they are gonna love me when they read this lot; listed is the ailment and then the reason:

1) skin disorders
Various attacks of eczema and dermatitis between ages of 16 and 18 caused by an allergy to industrial cleaning products, no time lost

2) anxiety and depression
cases of depression and clinical depression between ages of 20 and 23 caused by bereavment and anger at various issues
time lost: 2 weeks certified leave, 3 days to attend counselling sessions, treatment imncluded anti depressants and sedatives and at one point beta blockers

3) Hospital admittance
Age of 6 for removal of an abcess, stay of 10 days

4) connection with hazardous substances (my favourite)
between ages of 19 and 23, contact with cadmium *now outlawed in the EU as is toxic), worked in facilities that may have had an asbestos and dust risk (MOD Property) and also came into contact with explosives

5) loud noises
Dates as above *see 4*. worked on active forces installations, subjected to aircraft / jet engine noise on a regular basis
